A revised version of our Development Handbook, V1.1 2022 was last approved by our Engineer and Board of Directors on December 21, 2022. Please review the following documents closely and contact the District for more information and or to start the review process for your proposed development, crossing, and or to discuss our right-of-way easements and the encroachment activity that you may be considering. Fees, fines, and civil penalties may apply to unathorized activities or encroachments within or near our easements and infrastructure.

For all water right and easement information requests we require that the following link/form be downloaded, filled out, and returned to the District via email or snail-mail. Fees are listed on the form and will be calculated by us based upon your request after we recieve it.
